'Very clean room, modern looking. Proving plates, pots, cups, and mugs was a great touch that we weren’t expecting. Gym was well lit up, clean, and organized. Next morning the breakfast bar was very good with a lot of options.'

'Overall it was a good experience, the only thing was that they were working / upgrading the property at the time. But, it was a good stay and the property was very clean. Breakfast was good with great coffee. It was worth it.'

'Habitación limpia, todo excelente'

'Fue una buena estadía.'

'The hotel was very clean and nice however the room cleaning every other day should be changed to every day. When you leave your room to go enjoy your day you don’t want to return to a dirty room with used towels , trash and an un- made bed. Other than that our stay was great. Staff was very friendly, nice and pleasant.'

'The room cleaning has to be asked something that it was done daily before. The hot water went out the second day. It’s ok if it comunicated but it wasn’t. I was told that the manager was going to explain what happened. Did not happened'

'Prima hotel, prima zwembad en erg behulpzaam personeel o.a. Toen het bellen met de gsm naar een nummer van de overheid in de usa niet wilde lukken.'

'Problems with billing. Paid $387 for two nights, and now my cc is showing multibillings from Radisson totaling over $930. Would not give receipt when checked out, I have stayed at multiple hotels in the area, and this is the only one with these issues. El Paso, Texas'

'Het hotel ziet er netjes uit en het personeel is vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is matig, weinig keuze'

'Prima Holiday Inn. Net ontvangst en schone kamer. Verzorgd ontbijt. Precies zoals verwacht. '
