  • Kindvriendelijke 2 slaapkamers alleen voor de bovenste helft van het huis. Je hebt de hele bovenste helft met volledige privacy en je eigen keuken, badkamers, wasruimtes en slaapkamers.
    Grote groepen of kleine intieme feestjes. Onze grootste groep tot nu toe was 17 voor deze accommodatie. Meer dan 1500 vierkante meter aan leven.

    Acre en een half, 13X38 ft dek, houtskool of gas grill, 2 en een half badkamers en veel omheinde tuin voor de kinderen om van te genieten.

    Veel oprit en alternatieve parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar, groot genoeg voor meerdere auto's en een Bass-boot voor twee, of zelfs vier.

    Onze grootste groep tot nu toe is 17 en had nog steeds voldoende ruimte voor gasten.

Excellent place for a family or group of fishermen visiting Smallwood State Park. This property has multiple beds for groups. This property has parking for Bass Boats to remain hooked up. This property is 5 minutes from the boat ramp. Would definitely stay there again!

Host was excellent and responsive. Kidz really enjoyed the large clean outdoor. Just a suggestion if they could upgrade their bedding and kitchen crockery it will become more lucrative

This is a great place to stay when you have a tournament at small wood state park. Great internet, well stocked kitchen and comfortable space.

Awesome place

Stayed several days for a bass tournament before and came back to do it again. Best place I’ve ever stayed up here and we will certainly be back again next year.

Group of tournament anglers reserved and stayed at this property. The host was very accommodating and the property was in a great location. Host was very accommodating and the property was large enough to support our group.

Gorgeous deck, great for families. We had an excellent stay. Thank youto our hosts! The cooking supplies were abundant as well as spices. Thought full items for forgotten toiletries. Dollar Genetal on vorner even has fresh produce.

Very nice clean, safe place for fishing. We had 7 and all slept comfortably and plenty of parking. Close to Matawoman and Marshall Hall Will stay again

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of parking for our vehicles and the house was clean and comfortable. I also had all the amenities that we needed for cooking and our stay. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Potomac River haven

This is the PERFECT place to stay for folks visiting Smallwood State Park! Great for a number of friends that are cooking up to fish the Potomac plenty of parking to accommodate multiple fishing rigs. Great and helpful owners! Great home with a number of amenities. We are enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The home was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for our group—it’s actually much larger than the pictures make it appear, which was a pleasant surprise.The house was incredibly comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, and multiple TVs throughout the home so everyone had a place to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and many thoughtful extras that made preparing meals easy.There were plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge convenience during our stay.The layout is perfect for larger groups, with two full bathrooms plus a half bath that’s located in a common area but still feels private and convenient. Outside, the large fenced yard is beautifully maintained, giving everyone plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.The owners have clearly put a great deal of care into the property. Helpful signs throughout the home answered many common questions, and it was reassuring to know they were nearby and eager to make sure guests had a comfortable stay. There was also ample parking for multiple vehicles.The home is a little off the beaten path, which makes it peaceful and quiet. If you’re traveling with a larger family or a group of friends, this is an amazing option.
