« We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. "Très bel hôtel dans le centre ville de Washington, à 15 minutes à pied de Union Station, 20 du Capitole et 25 de la Maison Blanche. Chambre spacieuse, très confortable et bien décorée. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter du rooftop pendant notre séjour, privatisé 2 soirs de suite"

"Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur la description de Expedia, le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas espagnol. L'hôtel est bien, le petit-déjeuner, ça va. Mais c'est loin du centre et il n'y a ni navette, ni transport en commun. Il faut prendre un Uber aller et retour pour aller à Washington. Entre 20 et 30 $ le trajet. Si vous avez une voiture, le parking est payant. Le plus : la laverie automatique. Après une semaine de vacances, on a tout notre linge propre pour la 2e semaine."

"Bel hôtel, mais en deça des standards européens à ce type de tarifs. Avons souffert d'une certaine désorganisation au petit déjeuner à cause des repas de Pâques, et les serveurs (nombreux mais mono tâches) semblent avoir été formés à servir dans un fast food et non dans un hôtel de standing "

"Hôtel très agréable et chambres confortables (malgré la literie un peu trop molle). En revanche cet amenity fee de $35/jour est absolument inacceptable - les services prétendument couverts devraient être inclus dans le prix de la chambre comme dans n'importe quel hôtel. Qui facture encore le wifi et une pauvre bouteille d'eau en 2026 ??"

"Propreté de la chambre, confort absolu! Personnel courtois, serviable, le repas du restaurant savoureux, le buffet du petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Seul bémol le service de navette de l’aéroport pour se rendre à l’hôtel, très complexe de rejoindre le desk et attente de 45 min. dans notre cas nous avons opter pour une autre option ! Pour le retour vers l’aéroport c’était simple et rapide. "
