The house was built nine years ago and is in excellent, like-new condition. High-quality materials, warm hardwood floors in all bedrooms, and high ceilings in the living area create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The very large living room features high ceilings, a fireplace, a large couch, and an armchair—perfect for relaxing. There is also a dining table with five chairs. From the terrace as well, the patio dining table, and the patio seating area, you have a good view of the pool area.
