The east-facing terrace is one of the apartment’s most enjoyable spaces. It is furnished with an outdoor dining area and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun and making the most of the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate for most of the year.

The building includes a communal swimming pool and sunbathing lawn. The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th, between 11:00 and 20:00.

The second, more spacious, includes two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, a full en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the terrace. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
