There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with terrace and a second bathroom. The modern kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



A shared outdoor area, including a pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, is at your disposal. The apartment is ideally located near numerous bars, restaurants, and the picturesque old town.



The building has an elevator, ensuring step-free access. A private, secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. An airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and a high chair with cutlery are provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed at strategic locations in the common areas.
