« The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

« Chambre sale, pas de petit dej et même pas un café. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement. Le responsable est venu et m’a proposé directement celle d’à côté. Celle ci n’ayant pas de poils/cheveux dans la baignoire, nous sommes restés. Pour une nuit ok, mais vraiment pas plus. »

« It was okay. An older building. We needed a Handicap Accessible room. But none were available. So we made do. But it was difficult for our son to use the narrow bathroom with his wheelchair. It was close to the two places we needed to take our son for eye surgeries. »

« The entire hotel had no hot water. Wasn't able to shower had to spend more money and time moving to a different hotel. I want my money back! »

« The room was clean but I was met by a roach, you could still smell smoke had been in the rooms even though it wasn’t heavy. No phone in the room, could not charge my phone. »

« In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket »

« I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool...

« Very clean rooms and decorated very cool! Stayed to attend a wedding and had plenty of space to get ready »

« The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational. »
