'So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...

'The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly.'

'I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast.'

'We could not use the water in the staff was not helpful or apologetic. We cannot use the gym. The tub did not drain in the bathroom.'

'Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency...
