'What a great hotel! Top class service, from messages the day before check-in, great explanations and tips at check in, and what a great design this hotel has. Peaceful, as you are extremely close to city center but in an area where you won’t hear all the noise (and we were here during Dio de los Muertos). Easy 6-7min walk to Santo Domingo. Chef in the morning to cook incredible breakfasts. 1000% recommended.'

'We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. "I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
