'We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. '

'First, I would like to thank the owner for allowing my family to stay at the property during our trip to Boston. The home has potential, and the appliances were modern and very nice.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The exterior yard and deck area were dirty and unkempt, with trash, old liquor bottles, and even gum stuck to the patio table. The outdoor furniture was dirty and partially broken, making the space unusable for our family...
