4. Yes! Cooking is allowed. Our kitchen is equipped with frying pan, tongs, ladle, pot, knife, chopping board, fridge, induction cooker, microwave, dishwashing soap and sponge. Wine and wine glass are also available for your extra romantic stay.

5 . Preparing your dinner in our modern table with classy chair and sharing a glass of wine will surely add up to your wonderful stay.

Guests must provide/submit Valid IDs and Vaccination card preferably 2 days before check-in date. If same day booking or next day booking please send the requirement as soon as possible.

We are required to get an approval for our guests. Guests Application Form will be sent to you, please print and bring this form on the check-in date.

Changing of guests names 2 days before arrival is allowed.

Our unit can accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant/below 1 yr old.

Please be honest with your number of heads to avoid any inconvinience. Guests visitors is not allowed.

Any damaged, broken or missing items will be charge.

Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings.

Please clean as you go. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout.

No smoking inside the unit as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin. Please use the designated smoking area at the ground floor near building entrance.
