"Very outdated. The room had water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed. We gave then the chance to come up with a solution to compensate us. At first excuses about hotel management not being there. So First there was nothing and then they came up with a discount On our next stay with them If we boom direct with them. Insane that they could not provide normal customer service and offer a free meal or refund. Suposevily they locally could not decide and had to be with the main office and then when we were gone They came up with this ridiculous discount"

"We really loved our stay at D’Puncak villas. Made and his family were super friendly and especially really sweet to our babygirl! The rooms, garden and pool were very neat and beautiful. They go out of their way to take care of everything. The only downside was that it’s a bit further from restaurants and we had to take the (bit expensive) taxi all the time as we travel with two small children and didnt feel comfortable riding a scooter with a baby. "
