This family home in a quiet location with a swimming pool and sea views offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the south of France. Located 30 minutes from Nice Airport (between Cannes and Théoule), with the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, the house has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and kitchenette, a living room, a furnished garden, and a sunny swimming pool.

The accommodation has 6 bedrooms in total:

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed) including 2 with a terrace and sea view.
Downstairs: a master bedroom (queen-size bed) and a children's bedroom with bunk beds.
A baby bed (travel cot) can be provided by the concierge service as needed (please request in advance).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.

Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

## Emplacement
Commune of the Mediterranean coast, Mandelieu-La Napoule is located at the southwestern end of the Alpes-Maritimes department. At the foot of the massif of Esterel and Tanneron, it opens onto the Gulf of La Napoule.
