'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'Overall, the stay at the hotel was good. With exceptions for some marks on the wall in the bathroom and hairs in the cabinets likely left by prior guests, the room was clean. The proximity and view of downtown St. Thomas was absolutely the best part of the room. Additionally, we loved the air conditioning. The restaurant's atmosphere was perfect for my wife and I as we lived in the VI for many years. To finish our stay, our taxy driver was like a private tour guide to the airport. 'The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.'

'We stayed in room A104. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beach was steps from our patio, and there are restaurants and a beach bar, all within walking distance. We hated to leave.'
