A premiere slopeside 4 bedroom and 2 bath large condo just a short walk to the lifts at Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge. Perfect for a large family or plenty of friends looking for a spacious floorplan close to Canyon Lodge! It features a completely remodeled full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large dining room table, card table in the living room, vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace and large deck with private BBQ. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen and private bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed, TV, ample closet space and access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs has two sets of bunk beds each with two twins (for a total of 4 twin beds) and private washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom also downstairs has a euro style bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top as well as a twin foldaway bed. The Mammoth West complex has an outdoor pool (summer only), a large Jacuzzi and sauna - great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The home has 2 levels inside, is non-smoking and is not pet friendly. This unit has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of 10 (TEN) PEOPLE and comes with two outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside of the home. A single camera is located at the front door entrance. Our calendar is updated in real time. Perfect stay

We loved our stay and the home was exactly what we needed during our long weekend stay. The home is super comfortable and the views are lovely. Only feedback is that the walls seem a bit thin. We had loud neighbors and we could hear them partying till fairly late! Regardless, we look forward to returning sometime soon!

Amazing, laid back condo for 3 families

It's not upscale or recently renovated, but very convenient and practical for 3 families. (And that's what we were look.) It's walking distance to Canyon, and the view is great. Bunk room for kids was a huge hit. Would totally book this place again in a heartbeat!

Thanksgiving weekend

This trip was planned for 3 families and a friend. The communication from VRBO and property management was excellent. We had all the information we needed in advance. We requested more parking permits and they had it ready. The property is well equipped. Kitchen was fully operational. It was clean. Heating was controlled individually on different floors and rooms which was very convenient for us. We had a great stay and will be back.

Location was only good thing

This is a very old condo. Everything seemed to be on the verge of breaking. Faucets, showers, toilets, furniture, etc. All needs to be upgraded. Refrigerator didn’t work the first day but did the rest of the trip. This condo served its purpose so I gave it a 3 and the location was pretty good. But I won’t stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay near the slopes.

While the furnishings were somewhat outdated, this places provides the perfect location and amenities if you’re hitting the slopes. We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room.

Fantastic View

The location is great with a fantastic view of the mountain ~ was awesome grilling on the verada with the mountains right in the backyard! Close to the Village which is a plus. Kids loved the bunk beds. Well stocked fire wood as well. Some reviews noted that the couch was uncomfortable - we thought it was fine! large open area living space, great kitchen. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Mammoth (this is unit # 140), and will definitely stay here again when we come back up!
