• Parking for 1 vehicle in the garage. One additional vehicle may park in any guest space on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

• Complimentary town and ski shuttle service is seasonal and schedule-dependent. Please check current Mammoth Lakes shuttle schedules before your stay.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary, and cellular service may be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Community amenities, including the hot tub and spa, are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance without notice.

• Please note that Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing widespread construction throughout the area, including road work and building projects. This is outside of our control and may result in noise during your stay. Refunds will not be issued for disturbances related to local construction.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
