This spacious 2-story, 1185 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath, home has been upgraded, with luxury vinyl flooring and remodeled bathrooms, offering a bright, fresh, and modern space. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood among the pine tree forest - offering a serene space, with natural light and forest views.

This home has an open floorplan and feels spacious with the large picture windows overlooking the forest and meadow, vaulted ceilings, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room has a large cozy couch, TV with smart features, and wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on cold winter days. Off the living space is a private porch, perfect for stargazing and taking in the crisp mountain air. There is in-unit laundry, as well as an in-unit ski closet to keep all of your gear safe, warm, and ready to go.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

Guest Access:

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Meadow Ridge. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal) and tennis courts (seasonal – bring your own racquets!).
