Quiet & Forested, Amazing Mountain Views. Near Canyon Lodge, Washer/Dryer

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located in a quiet, secluded area of the Mammoth West complex. It also has Wintertime ski-in/ski-out access (weather permitting) as well as bike park access in the Summer. The living room features a 70" flatscreen TV, wood-burning stove/fireplace, card table, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of seating for everyone. The deck overlooks the mountains and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The master bedroom on the main level upstairs has a Queen bed, 40" flatscreen TV and attached full bathroom. The rest of the three bedrooms are all downstairs. The second bedroom has a King bed with 40" flatscreen TV, while the third bedroom has a Queen bed also with 40" flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a full private bathroom with two sets of bunk beds, a 20" flatscreen TV and DVD player. One bunk bed has 2 Twins, while the second bunk bed has a Twin on top and Double on bottom. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. The condo is a short 10-15 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Nice Mammoth Condo

This condo is an end unit, with excellent access to the Canyon Lodge. Comfortable beds, ample space. Stayed with my ski buddies - 6 of us in total. I would stay here again.

Mammoth Vacation

We loved the condo and it was a perfect location for our annual family trip. We usually camp, but the snowpack this year caused our camp sites to be canceled so we rented the condo instead. It was nice to be so close to the village and all the things we like to normally do. Since we're campers, the more "rustic" amenities were just fine for us. I would say the condo was very comfy, as someone's vacation home, but also a little tired in need of updates including new chairs. The bunk room seemed larger in pics and it is in fact a little cave of a room with no ventilation. Parking was a challenge with 4 cars, it would be nice for the leasing agency to recommend other places to park when you only are allowed two spots on site. All in all, it is a perfect spot for people who are not intending to stay inside, and we really enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved the place!!

The property manager was very accommodating and communicative. The location is great- just a 8 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Perfect for a group with the rooms and bed configuration. The king bed room felt really “luxurious.” Very clean, No problems at all.

Unfortunately big disappointment

I was hoping to have another great experience like I usually have when renting a house at VRBO but unfortunately I cannot say this on this one. The house was not clean, really bad maintained. All faucets leaks and the worst part was that we had mice!! Apparently the property office knew about the mice, they didn't tell us about it, they didn't tell us to put our food away at night and we couldn't sleep because we heard the mice running around all night. I would not recommend this place at all. It was a big disappointment.

Great, well stocked multi-family condo

Very clean and well appointed place. It's close to Canyon Lodge for winter skiing but the map is a bit deceiving. This condo is the farthest from the slopes and it's up a hill so there are a lot of stairs between here and the lifts. Not really a big deal since it's still really close but something to note for people who might have problems with the stairs. Other than that it was great for our family ski trip. Would definitely stay here again. (One thing to note is that the number of people this holds is not clear. Between different parts of the web listing, the documentation I was sent, and what was posted in the condo it says it holds either 8, 10, or 11 people. It was fine for us and I think the official number is 10 based on what we were sent but it was a bit confusing).

Decent property in a great location.

Spacious and great location. Everything we needed was there. The TV was amazingly entertaining for the kids. The only thing that could be improved would be a manual to get things like Netflix working and identify where the thermostat's are.
