Welcome to Mountainback 10, a spacious three-bedroom plus loft condo conveniently located between Canyon Lodge and The Village, professionally managed by Mammoth Lakes Condo Rentals. The Space



The main living area and kitchen come together in a spacious, open great room designed for gathering and relaxing. The remodeled kitchen features a large island, full-size appliances, and generous counter and preparation space, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Seating is available at the island, along with a dining table accommodating six or more guests.



Sleeping Arrangements



The condo features three bedrooms—two downstairs and one upstairs—plus an additional loft sleeping area. Accommodations include:

One queen bed



Four bunk beds



Two floor mattresses



For families traveling with young children, a crib, Pack 'n Play, and two child dining chairs are also provided.

One of Mountainback 10's standout features is its south-facing location. Large windows fill the living spaces with natural light, while the covered deck offers beautiful views through the pines toward the surrounding mountains. Location & Transportation



Mountainback 10 is ideally situated between Canyon Lodge and The Village, providing convenient access to skiing, snowboarding, dining, shopping, and entertainment.



The free Mammoth shuttle stops directly in front of the complex, making it easy to reach Canyon Lodge without driving. The Village, with its restaurants, bars, shops, and Village Gondola, is approximately four blocks downhill.



Covered parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles in the ground-floor garage, with a seven-foot height clearance.



A Few Things to Know



Stairs: The condo is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Guests must use stairs between the garage/ground level and the condo. This property may not be suitable for anyone with difficulty navigating stairs.



Air conditioning: The condo does not have air conditioning. Heating is provided during colder months.



Parking: Maximum of two vehicles, with a seven-foot garage clearance.
