This updated property has a warm and cozy feel upon entering the front door. It is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates 4 people. The open living area offers a comfortable space with gorgeous mountain views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking a delicious meal.
The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space and dresser for ample clothing storage. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area. The tub/shower has been updated with marble tile and a granite countertop vanity.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, ski locker, and secure garage parking.
There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.
**Please note the jacuzzi/pool area will be closed for maintenance starting 4/13/2026 for approximately 3 weeks.
** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Chair 15 and Little Eagle Lodge are open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).
