Nestled on beautiful Nolin Lake in the Brier Creek area, just off the main channel, you'll have easy access to some of the best boating, fishing, swimming, and kayaking the lake has to offer.

After a day on the water, relax with modern comforts including complimentary Wi-Fi and over 150 TV channels, plus access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Whether you're seeking adventure or a peaceful retreat, this lakefront home offers something for everyone.

*Mammoth Cave is approximately 35 minute drive.
*There are golf courses, horseback riding, and amish shops.
*The state park beach/play area are within minutes of this home.

This lake is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for flood control. Water access is generally best during the summer months, as the Corps begins lowering the lake level by approximately 25–30 feet in late October to support flood control operations. We have no control over the lake level at anytime.

Please note that the walk to and from the water can be steep and difficult. So guests with mobility concerns may find access challenging.

There is a boat ramp 1/4 mile away that you can launch and recover your boat very easily with parking at the ramp (parking can be limited on weekends).

Swimming is available off the shoreline or one of the nearby public beaches (Nolin Lake State Park).

This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras.
