'Remote check in didn’t work but everything else was great. '

'Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect. 'We stayed the night before our cruise and it was perfect! Room was clean, staff was helpful & friendly too!! There are a lot of places to dine around the area as well! The Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here for our next cruise!'

'It was pretty nice, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times , I had an issue with the AC because when I woke up the floor was wet but as soon as I called in, they went in to check it out and cleaned it, let us know the issue and what not to do with the AC! It kind of smells like cigarettes outside , but overall , everything is nice . It’s pretty close to fast food places and the dollar tree. So whatever you need, it will be there !'

'I checked in and out in 4 minutes! The hotel is really a long term stay place for all kinds of people. It’s smells homeless. In and out. People have their pets living in these hotels. Roaches and bugs are in the rooms and hallways. I said something to the front desk lady and she refused to refund me. Mind you I was out within 4 minutes. She said she didn’t smell anything as she was spraying febreeze at the front counter'
