Woonboten in Malindi

'We stayed five nights with three persons in the Simba Jike villa at the Lawford’s and it was wonderful. The pictures we found online didn’t do the villa justice. You can expect a huge 3 storey villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfy huge living area and several chill-out lounge spots at the piece. A huge kitchen and fridge. Daily cleaning will be done and your will get mosquito repellent daily as well, we loved the space, tranquility and luxury. We also enjoyed the poolside as well as the...

'Great Resort with Excellent Staff, but Room for Improvement Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Diamonds Malindi. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, at times I would have appreciated a little more attention when ordering drinks at the bar or in the restaurants, as...

'### A wonderful place to relax and unwind I had a fantastic stay at Kilili Baharini Malindi and would happily return. The hotel has a very special charm, with a beautiful, spacious property surrounded by an abundance of lush tropical greenery. It feels peaceful, authentic and wonderfully relaxed. The staff are absolutely outstanding — warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the entire stay. They really make you feel welcome and are a major reason why the hotel is so...

'Excellent resort'

'Pool was enjoyable '

'Beautiful boutique hotel with delicious food and a wonderful swimming pool. The staff were so friendly and'

'It is an excellent option both for vacation and, in my case, for conducting business in the area. I require a place that is safe, comfortable, clean, and easy to access, and JoysVilla Family Holiday Home meets all of these needs perfectly. Thank you very much. See you next time.'

'The only problem was with the food, they do not have fresh foods (sea food) as they claim otherwise the brakefast was great'

'Excellent staff and service!'

'Swahili House is a beautiful property, well maintained and with the most helpful staff, Rose and Amos. The property is right next to Malaika Restaurant that has amazing sea food and if you walk down the road there is a local restaurant that sells delicious Swahili food. The only area for improvement is the shower - the water pressure is very low. Otherwise this is an excellent property for solo travelers or a couple. Will definitely be coming back!'

'Decent and clean place to stay '

'Très beau resort extérieurement : jardins, piscines, palmiers et cadre en bord de mer magnifiques. C’est principalement pour cela que je mets 2 étoiles. Malheureusement, le reste est très loin du standing « Billionaire ». Appartement vieillissant, équipements usés, traces d’humidité, finitions dégradées, coupures d’eau et d’électricité. Plus grave : une partie en bois complètement pourrie de notre balcon s’est détachée lorsque je l’ai touchée et j’ai failli tomber. Gros problème de sécurité...

'The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. '

'The house is really nice, but seems a little old and run down. The staff is friendly. The pool was a little dirty and the generator was really loud. However, I would say that for the price we paid (KES7,500 per room), it is value for money'
