'Our stay at the Waldo Emerson was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Amelia welcomed us with warm hospitality, and every detail of this charming property made us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable and full of character, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Each morning, we looked forward to a delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared breakfast that was the perfect start to our day. What truly made our experience special were the...

'Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is niet geheel goed.Echter wel een traditioneel hotel met sfeer. Geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers onvoldoende.'

'breakfast was so so'

'Ruime kamer, mooie badkamer. Schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima. ‘S avonds Kun je nog thee en koffie krijgen. Niet in de buurt van grote stad, maar voor doorreis is het prima.'

'We had the best stay here! It was very cozy, clean and at a perfect distance to town.'

'De b&b is gevestigd in een oude Mansion en de renovaties zijn uitgevoerd met eerbied voor de oorsponkelijkheid. Luxe alom en ontelbare kleine attenties geven je als gast een goed gevoel. De sfeer is heel ontspannen, en het groot aantal “ returners” spreekt voor zich. '

'Parking coastal spot'

'A special hotel. Beautiful setting, unique one-of-kind inn. So very Maine coastal. Staff could not have been more appropriately available, helpful, kind. Lovely experience all around.'

'Property is well maintained and rooms are clean and in good order upon arrival. Like a lot of hotels they have gone to full cleanings every three days rather than daily but did respond to daily requests such as towels and tissue. We’ve stayed here before and will likely do so again'

'We enjoyed oir stay overall. The woman who helped during the breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed our conversation. The breakfast itself was good, but not a lot of options and not cooked to order. The only eggs were hard boiled and there was no bacon or sausage or ham. I would describe it as more continental. The rooms were good and comfortable, but the walls.were definitely thin between. Bedrooms. The location was great and we did enjoy checking out all interesting history of the...

'Dit hotel is echt iets speciaals. Je waant je terug in the old days door de bouw en de inrichting. Onze koffers werden naar de 3e verdieping gebracht met de dienstlift welke al 90 jaar dienst doet incl. traliehekwerk echt helemaal te gek. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer. Een hotel welke je nooit meer vergeet.'
