'Although the hostel is not near any stations, you have to drive car to access the place, the host is very friendly and helpful. The dog and cats are lovely. The place so clean, warm and quiet. It made us feel safe and comfortable. But please notice that there are stairs. The light luggage should be more convenient. However, I still give five stars for this place. '

'It's very dark when we arrived, but actually just 6.30pm. Staff is so friendly and English support. Great interior, good sleep and well-prepared. I do like the movable partition to separate between shower area and bedroom for privacy when dressing outside the shower booth. Also, help bedroom less noisy from toilet sound. There's no restuarant here, so no breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Most of restaurants around here are closed when we arrived. However, there's convenient store...

'Great stay. Wonderful host with a sweet, playful dog that’s very friendly. Clean house with a nice dining/common area and close to the slopes. Beware: the closest 7-11 is a 40 minute walk and there is little public transport. Reccomended to have your own transport.'

'Room was nice, suitable for a couple if you're happy to sleep in separate beds. 2 king single mattresses with additional bedding in storage compartment for additional people. Shower was great with great water pressure, though no ventilation so it would get very steamy very quickly. Fridge wasn't on when we arrived, had to turn it on ourselves. You get a hair dryer, a kettle, 4 cups and 4 mugs. No utensils and the microwave is in the shared space where the washing machines and dryers are....

'Delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. Friendly staff, very kind and attentive. Lovely communal living area with cozy fireplace. The snowmobile and ice fishing tours are unique winter experiences. Great value for money all around!'
