'A great place to stay with all the amenities for couples and families. Well situated for privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The hill leading up to the property is a little steep as noted but nothing to be worried about. Could be an issue during icy weather.'

'Convenient. Walkable. Not Like: given poor/wrong directions to room, were not given name or room number, therefore, unable to get into room. No phone number of manager provided. Had to get a phone number from another guest. Had to wait to get a response after many calls and email to manager. No towels in room. Check-in was a bad experience.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Waynesville at Maria’s place!! She was an excellent host. The two bedroom home was very accommodating and close to Frog Level where we enjoyed eating at the Frog Level Brewery on Saturday night. The house had all the necessities except for ice so make sure you grab a bag if you require it for your stay!! Thanks again Maria'

'Dog Hair in corners and not easily cleaned areas. Tried to vacuum, no bid deal but both of cordless vacuums were dead and could not locate charger. Host was communicating well at first.
