Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private kitchen, ensuring complete independence and convenience. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third includes a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, ideal for hosting up to 4 guests.
The accommodation provides privacy for all guests, and you can request your own key for each bedroom if desired. It has 3 TVs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study.
Additionally, there are 6 large wardrobes and bathrooms with hydro-massage showers.
The kitchens are equipped with induction cooktops, microwaves, refrigerators, extractors, coffee makers, juicers, toasters, and hairdryers. The apartment also features a laundry area with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer.
At Cosmos, we offer optional services such as three safes, one in each bedroom, with a refundable deposit of €50 upon key return, and parking at Garage Luna at a special rate for guests of €17.50 per night.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.-The elevator is very old and often malfunctions, so its use is not allowed for tenants.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
