'A quiet place, safe, metres from the beach. Staff was friendly and the restaurant served very nice food. The room was big and clean. '

'We did not have breakfast.. However the room was very clean and spacious as we had the Luxury Room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good too.'

'Het hotel doet ouderwets aan, maar is keurig onderhouden, voorzien van de meest noodzakelijke gemakken als klein bureau, TV, AC, roomservice en goede assistentie door het personeel indien gewenst. Grondige dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer. Het hotel ligt boven het restaurant en is zowel binnendoor als buitenom uitsluitend per trap trap bereiken. Wat het hotel "ground floor" noemt is feitelijk de eerste etage. Volgende keer kom ik hier graag terug.'

'ok'

'Each time am in Mumbai am staying for a few days in Mantra Hostel and the moment am reaching it after the long journey I have the feeling of being "back home". The staff are excellent: kind, helpful, patient. Rooms are very clean as well as beds and bathrooms. The very location is cool as well, offering a quick access to the airport, train stations or long distance bus stops. Also, the travellers who choose Mantra are mostly very friendly, inspiring and energetic, it is easy to make friends here...

'Very cheap and greedy people on reception and there was no cooperation at all'

It was raining and the steps were wet and very dangerous. Star. Kept saying it will be fixed but it never was. Never staying at this hotel again.'

'It's a very good option for a few days.'

'Worth stay taken and good'

'The hotel staff were very helpful. When I checked out at that time heavy raining but they help me to arrange cab and loaded my luggage. As a senior Citizen it was very helpful for me, I appreciate their service'

'They changed our booking to another hotel at the last moment. We were helpless to make another booking of our own as we were boarding the flight when we received the message about change of hotel from Alfa suite staff. When we reached the hotel,we were shocked. It was a sort of lodge like set up.We had already paid Alfa suites the full payment in advance but on Vacating the room they asked us to pay the bill ,as they didn’t receive payment from Alfa suite. We showed them the payment details we made...
