The Host messaged canceling booking but referenced a different property than the one we booked. We finally figured out which property and made alternate plans naturally expecting a full refund. VRBO and/or the host did not refund the payment until we contacted them a month later and had to ask for a refund. We eventually received a partial refund only. The Host is blaming VRBO and vice versa. The Host or VRBO will not communicate with each other and the Host said it's our problem to sort out with VRBO.
