« Coed stable is a lovely little cottage, perfect for a getaway and to escape the world for a few days. The property is nicely presented and very well equipped, with great living space and a super comfy king sized bed. There's also good wi-fi to help stay connected should you need it. A great base from which to explore mid and north wales, I'll definitely be back! »

« Absolutely gorgeous property in a ideal location opposite a stunning beach.our dog was totally spoilt running up and down it and we loved the walks and beautiful scenery .Also there are some wonderful places to drive and visit.There are some lovely places to eat out around the harbour just a short walk to the end of road.we loved it and would love to return.Thankyou to the hosts for our lovely Welsh treats and marvellous communication 10 out of 10 »

« Such a beautiful and spacious home, we felt it had all we needed and much more, lots of space for our 4 families to get togethe. Well set out and excellent space for everyone to be able to eat, cook and play together with everything that we needed. The kids loved the upstairs seating area as the was so much space for them to play. « We only had a very short stay but found the property to be a beautiful old farmhouse with fantastic old features, lovely open fire with plenty of logs and character. Old worn stairs, exposed wooden beams and not a right angle in the place ! Nice and quiet and well out the way. Doggy was very welcome as well. »

« Property on a council estate, interior first impression was nice and modern. However all soft furnishings well used and uncomfortable, beds were so badly in need of replacing , can feel springs through the old mattress’s We cut short are stay in need of a decent sleep 😴 »

« We had a great time at this property. The five properties gave us space to be together and still have our own space to retreat to when needed. It was a very wet weekend in Wales but we made the most of it. The Pool and Grove cottages and The Gallery were a bit tricky to keep warm as you needed to keep the log burners going and use electric heaters upstairs. « The photographs of the property do not do this house and gardens justice. There were 14 of us staying and it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, with an Aga and separate oven. Seating in the house is plentiful and the grounds are stunning. We could easily walk for dinner into Bala as well as stroll down to the lake. The children had a swim in the leisure centre as the lake is a tad cold in May! It’s worth every penny to stay here....

On regrettera toutefois l’absence totale de Wifi malgré ce qu’indique l’annonce et le fait que le cottage soit juste à côté de la maison des propriétaires (les photos ne le laissant absolument pas supposer). Les propriétaires restent cependant très discrets. »

« Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...
