'Honestly was above my expectations. Room was very clean. Bathroom was SPOTLESS. All common areas were also clean (at least on our floor/area it is a really big hotel so can’t speak to elsewhere). 'This stay felt more like a motel than a hotel, which wasn't what I was expecting during my New England road trip. Unfortunately, the blanket had a cigarette burn from a previous guest, and two of the three bath towels still had hair on them. That made me feel uneasy about the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff also seemed annoyed during check-in, which didn't make for the warmest first impression. Overall, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Thankfully, I was only there for one night.'
