The communication from start to finish was exceptional, they could not do enough for us and the welcome gift was a treat. So easy to walk into Woolacombe where you will find a selection of good restaurants and bars. We will be back »

« Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us! The keyholders...

« Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. A bit more garden for our bigger dog would’ve been great,...

« We met the owner upon arrive and where made to feel very welcome. The beautiful grounds, house and location was perfect. The family rooms were huge and perfect for little ones. « What a great place for a large group to stay. We were a group of 10 friends who based ourselves here for a long weekend. The location is idillic in the bottom of the valley next to the river…it even has its own waterfall and former mill. The parking is ample with an EV charging point. The house was spotless and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We had great weather so we’re able to also take advantage of the BBQ. « Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games. »
