« Hotel is very central. Parking is provided a short distance from the hotel itself (opposite side of the high street). Hotel has a boutique feel but is a little prescribed. Staff were very friendly but felt inexperienced - having loud personal chit chats whilst we were trying to enjoy a pre dinner drink in the garden, laughing at 6am outside our open bedroom window, forgetting to bring morning coffee to our room… this coupled with our rooms expense (not the cheapest) and size (nothing special) it...

« It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK »

« This is a lovely property to stay in and we’d certainly book again. A new experience, from a check in perspective, in that you don’t see anyone, but that was fine. We didn’t like booking through Expedia, however, because they have taken a dual payment. It apparently takes up to seven days for the money to be reimbursed to one’s bank account, we’re still waiting! NB. This isn’t the fault of the Cransley, I hasten to add. »

« If you're travelling alone and want a cheap place to sleep then that's a very good place The owner is lovely, there is also a little kitchen to share, you're 15min away from the beach and 20min away from the station portsmouth & sea It was a bit noisy though (friday night) »

« Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car. He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage. Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries. Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company. Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted. Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean. Within walking distance of the high street. Quiet location and good off street...
