'Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available. As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended.'

'At a distance the room and grounds look fabulous however, the shower lever was fused to the hot and cold so the temperature was not manageable so the bath option was tried, unfortunately, the hose was corroded and fell off when the taped were turned blasting hot water. The receptionist the next morning was totally unbothered and uninterested. It’s a real shame as everything else was superb and other staff really kind welcoming initially. This didn't jive with the pictures of the chalet bungalows we had seen on the website. Perhaps we didn't pay enough attention when booking, but we felt rather misled by the lovely pictures of the converted back garden and chalet rooms. 'Room is clean, staff is nice, the kitchen is clean. Therefore it was hard to check in when you first come, no sign, no number to contact because no office there. Should have a note to contact the landlord.'
