'We stayed at this property while visiting some friends in Sherman County, check-in was easy, staff is very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It's not a fancy hotel but it was quiet, easy parking and allows pets if needed. There are a few fast food restaurants and a market within a few minutes walk. '

'The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early and they made that happen. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the couch was not. It was very worn. The microwave did not work. It would have been nice to have a power strip for charging our multiple devices.'

'Stunning gardens, the flowers and the glorious views nurture the soul. We stayed in a garden facing room, it was quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot water and tea were appreciated at tje reception desk. My only suggestion would be to offer real coffee/tea mugs in the guest rooms rather than waxed paper cups, better for our health and the environment. Would recommend Westcliff Lodge when visiting Hood River area.'

'I had a great stay. Decided to drive to Washington for Mt. Rainier because the weather was so nice and clear. Asked the front desk if I could leave a day earlier and they were very cooperative. Don’t know her name, but very nice lady at the frontdesk. '

'Only one staff member bothered to look up from their phone to speak to us and that was the person that checked us in. The on site restaurant was shut down for 2 days. The room did not have its own coffee maker so you had to go to lobby for coffee and they were out of coffee by 8:30. They fail to mention in the property description that you have to pay to park ($18.50 daily) in an unsecured parking area. The a/c is controlled by the hotel but they do provide you with a box fan which was okay but...
