'Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.'

'Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. '

'Perfect location and accommodation - with lovely ‘touches’ left by the host. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Very ‘high end’ finishes and appliances.Host was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.Happy to highly recommended.'

'we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.'

'Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal.'

'The holiday home was spacious and had all we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable with a functional living room. Any queries were responded quickly and there was a delicious cake in the fridge when we arrived! The hot-tub was a great extra.'
