Situated less than a mile from the serene Shenandoah River, you'll be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature right from your doorstep. Venture a little further and discover the breathtaking Shenandoah National Park, just a 28-minute drive away, or explore the captivating Luray Caverns, just 27 minutes from your cozy cabin.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, where you can enjoy the convenience of free WIFI and a smart TV. What an amazing property! Photos just can’t do it justice, you’ve got to see it for yourself! Owners contacted me ahead of time to chat briefly (lovely, kind folks) and were a text away when I had a question about the jacuzzi or was looking for a specific recommendation for the kids. When it rained, the overhang was wide enough to sit on the wrap around porch and enjoy the nature up close and personal. Very peaceful, clean, plenty of linens and towels. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin and highly recommend anyone stay there. It is close to lots of nature activities, but far enough away to feel secluded from noise and light pollution. 10/10.

Perfect getaway

Check in was easy and communication never faltered. Place was very clean and accommodating. Kitchen was FULLY stocked. View was amazing and close to town. We liked the speaker that was provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Super happy and it gave us exactly what we needed and that was to just relax! Will definitely book again, most likely in the summer or fall. 20/10 stars.

All in one lovely cabin- location, view, cleanliness, communication

We loved out stay , everything was as listed, cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and cozy. Feel like a home.Beautiful sunrise view, peaceful and quiet. Had a great stay while visiting Shenandoah park. Amazing sunrise views from the deck and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Super quiet and out of the way, which is good and bad. Cozy place that's close to so much. The amazing views are truly what made it so great. The only negative was a noisy neighbor. The nearby homes were not an issue except when one decided to play lod music several days in a row. This was obviously out of the control of the homeowner. Otherwise... great place!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying at Grand View and we hope to visit again! The house is so clean and cozy. The king sized bed in the master is really comfortable! The view is just amazing and my favorite thing to do was sit on the deck with a cup of hot tea and enjoy the fresh air and view.

Great stay, serene.

Our family had a wonderful time. The VBRO provided us with plenty of space and was the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking at Shenandoah NP. We found the drive from the National Park to the cabin to be quite pretty as well. The VRBO itself has a beautiful view. It definitely has a tree house like feel as you are high up in the tree canopy, we really liked that. As avid bird watchers, there was no shortage of birds to listen and look for-this was a very pleasant surprise.
