Villa's in Lubbock

'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Large size room- I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room with two queen beds. Room was clean and met our needs. We left before breakfast so I did not rate the amenities high as I didn't use any of them beyond the parking. '

'Upon entering the property, it had a musty smell which translated to the room. Room was dirty, carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Shower had absolutely no pressure, bed was very hard and pillows had me waking up with headaches. My husband and I could not wait to leave. '

'The room was not very clean. Our fridge was leaking and the carpet was soiled. Overall, the hotel needs some work and improved housekeeping. '

'The food at the bar was great and the bar tender let us watch the msrch madness game we were interested in. Breaking looked good but we only got coffee'

'We got a one bed with sofa couch and it was huge! Room was nice, probably could have been a little more clean but it was okay! Bed was comfy too! Front desk was so kind.'
