'Our stay here was amazing. Everything was either new or nearly new in the home. It was just right for our family of 4. Everything in the kitchen was new and making cooking breakfast fun. We used the boat dock. Easy to get in and out of canal and to open waters. We used Coco boat rentals instead of bringing our own boat this year. We used the pool at the Cabana club. No outside food or drinks permitted at the club but they have everything you need for purchase if you want to and very cute gift...

'Our family of eleven vacationed together to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. 'Clean, quiet, comfortable, and more spacious than it appears. The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. Dock was well maintained with adequate fish cleaning station and working chest freezer (no bulk ice machine).
