Lake Loveland Getaway -- Private and Comfortable -- Dog Friendly

Located in a quiet, mature tree lined neighborhood near lake and beach.
Cute, cozy, newly remodeled self-contained basement apartment with private entrance and patio and fenced in yard in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in beautiful Loveland Colorado. Mature neighborhood with lots of trees. The apartment has two bedrooms, pull-out sofa bed, ,full bath. There is a TV with Netflix. In both the living area and larger bedroom, which also has a desk for a nice work area.Fully equipped kitchenette with full fridge. Lockbox for convenient self check-in and check-out. Convenient use of washer and dryer and second smaller bath. (Note that there is one regular flight of stairs into apartment) The upstairs ( main house) is where your host lives.

Dog friendly ( no cats allowed) with fully contained fenced backyard but please consult with owner first before booking your pet. (Dogs must be crated if left alone). There is a 6 ft privacy fence separating the back yard so your vacation rental has its own fenced yard area, private deck with dining area and gas bbq.

Please note: Dog fee is $50 per trip. This is subject to increase depending on number of dogs and the situation at owner's discretion.

Conveniently located very close to main road to Rocky Mountain National Park which is about 45 minutes away. 5 min walk to public beach and lake, the famous Benson Sculpture Park. 15 minutes from Boyd Lake State park, Carter Lake, Horsetooth reservoir. Close to beautiful parks for kids play and recreation. Grocery store 2 minutes away, hospital 10 minutes. Historic downtown Loveland is only 10 minutes away providing easy access to the downtown's many art galleries, antique shops, and restaurants.

Please note that the town of Loveland is not the same place as the Loveland ski resort. That is over 2 hrs away!

Note that there is one standard stairway going down to the basement so please take that into account if that poses a physical challenge for you.
