« The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed! »

« We liked the property. Our cabin was right on the river. We had one of the cabins with a private hot tub, which was nice on the colder days. The cabin was very convenient to town and to the RMNP. The only note I'd suggested for travelers is to bring your own cookware. The pans were scratched up, so I didn't know if they were safe to use. I'm glad we brought our own cast iron skillet. We also used the grill on the deck, which worked well. »

« Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. « We have stayed in this unit several times. Very comfortable and close by to downtown. The hot tub is so nice. The king size be is wonderfully firm!! The owner is very responsive. We had a bit of a problem with the internet connection during our last stay and it took only a few hours to resolve the issue. We will stay here again if available. »
