Everything was very nice. We used the hot tub and pool every night for several hours. It was clean and the view over the golf course with morning coffee was great. There was plenty of space and the location was great. For the right occasion, this can't be beat.

We were in Loveland to celebrate our daughter's wedding. This property was perfect for our entire immediate family to all be together for the wedding weekend. The house has a peacefulness about it that felt like home away from home. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy and many communal spaces inside and out to gather and spend quality time together. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space was a big bonus. Loveland Marriage

Great property! Very comfortable and accommodating for our group. Property owners always answered their phones if/when we had any questions or concerns. Some very minor things needed attention in the house, to which I brought up to them after our stay. The golf course location was awesome, and the pool/hot tub worked flawlessly. I would stay at this property again!

This house was perfect! We were able have plenty of space for all of the family with a nice convenience with the pool and hot tub! The location was perfect to travel up and down the state as well. We went from Denver to Estes park and were close enough to drive for skiing as well. Thanks for left us enjoy your home!

Loveland family trip

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and experience with the Loveland house and in dealing with the hosts ! If I were to point out any cons, the only thing I could see improvement in is the dishwasher could be replaced in my opinion, and the pool towels were very small, we would probably bring our own beach towels next time. Other than that, the house was very accommodating for our large family ! We would definitely stay again !!!

Swim get away

Wonderful place to stay. Loved the house! Lots of room and lots of nice things to do in the house: games, cooking, tv, pool, relaxing, grilling, etc. Near several great towns and memories for us. From where our daughter went to college to great places to eat. Highly recommend Runza if you have never had it, and a little drive to the north for Beau Jo's. Recommend this excellent property!! Hope to be back!

So much family fun!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The pool was the highlight for my family. We enjoyed having a pool to entirely to ourselves. It was lovely to look out over the golf course while swimming. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The only negative thing I can say (and its not even a negative) was that the weather is just starting to change at night so all the spiders are trying to get into the warm house and they were achieving that. There were several spiders but nothing a little bug spray couldn't handle. It scared my 7 years old but the rest of us were fine. Upon hearing this Becky immediatly reached out to an exterminator. She was great and so was Cody. We would absolutely stay at this property again. You won't regret your stay at this property!

Great for family get together

This was a wonderful, roomy place for our 3 generations to get together. The indoor pool was perfect, especially given the extreme heat and occasional rain outside. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the recreational basement was nice for louder grandkids at times.

Filer Family Vacation

The facility and amenities provided were excellent for the entire family. It was clean and well laid out with a great laundry area. The grandkids especially enjoyed the pool, after a morning out to nearby hiking areas, parks and a bison farm outside Cheyenne. We spent a lot of time cooking on the outside grill and even saw 4th of July fireworks from the backyard, It was a memorable time for all 10 of us.

Spacious! Perfect for large family!

Our party of 5 adults and 3 kids loved this house! While there we held a small family reunion of 13 people. The house accommodated everyone comfortably inside and outside in the backyard overlooking the 16th hole of the golf course. The house was clean, and well stocked with snacks, coffee and toiletries! The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and a perfect distraction for the kids (aged 4, 8 & 12). The game room downstairs was a blast for all of us. We used 6 of the 7 bedrooms, which were all very comfortable! Lastly the location of the house was very convenient to parks, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing!

Extended Family Vacation

We had two families which included 8 kids, and the property was spacious enough for everyone. It is conveniently located close to several activities. The kids and a few adults spent time at the nearby park for pickleball and play on the park equipment. There are 2 nearby golf courses and it is convenient for shopping for family meals. The kids spent many hours in the pool! If you use the pool be prepared for the chlorine smell throughout the house. We made good use of the laundry room for towels and swimsuits! The outdoor space was great for mealtime when the weather cooperated. The dining room was not large enough for our entire group to dine together so we spread out to the kitchen island and dining table in the pool area. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Clean, spacious house with great amenities

We had a wonderful time staying at Becky's house. It has a great layout for spending time together, lots of bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and (of course) a great pool and hot tub. We had a minor issue that Becky had her property manager fix near immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

The absolute best!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is our DREAM HOME! It has a SUPER warm pool and lots of pool toys, a fancy hot tub with feet jets, AMAZING shower in the primary, and lots of other rooms all with the same bed so there's no fighting over who gets what :) oh and the game room! Truly endless fun - a weekend was not enough and we were so sad to leave. The first snow of the year out on the golf course was serene and beautiful to watch from the pool, and we saw lots of wildlife. On the map it looks like a busy neighborhood but it was super quiet. All the kitchen stuff you could possibly need to cook for big groups was provided as well. We had a fantastic time - thank you so much Becky and Michelle!
