Perfect Location

We loved this neighborhood. Mountains to the west and amenities to the east. Our kids loved having the pickle ball court.

Great House

We really enjoyed staying in this house just outside of Denver. The house was just off the golf course with a golf cart provided. Everything about the house was top notch and well maintained. The hosts were super nice and set us up for success for the week we were there. I would highly recommend this house.

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house and accommodations were perfect. Everything you could want is provided and the home and decor is very inviting. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions about things to do in the area and places to eat!! The pickle ball court across the street was a bonus! We had a lovely week and were very sad to leave.

Family Trip

Daves bnb was perfect for our family of 8 myself, my husband, two grown children and their wifes, our 18 year old daughter and youngest son 15 years. Plenty of space to have family time and things to do on the property. We have family nearby that we're able to come share dinners too. Its perfect with the grill and other kitchen items! So spaciuos! Gorgous view of the mountains. Neighborhood was so friendly. And Dave went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with very quick responses! We would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone with a large group.

Great stay!

Dave and Mindy were very accommodating and helpful. There was lots to do as they have the house set up with activities both indoor and outdoor. The house is large and had everything we could possibly need. They went out of their way to help us with some extra needs. We had our multi generational family stay and everyone was very happy. We will definitely stay here when we are in town!

Krug family in from Wisconsin...

We rented this property for our stay (sister's wedding). The unit was EXTREMELY clean and completely set up with all the necessities! The owners were absolutely amazing and friendly, could not ask for better people. Check in and check out was a breeze! Above and beyond all the necessities, there were board games and puzzles not to mention a lot of activities in the garage. If that was not enough, there's a fully loaded rec. room in the basement; you will not want to leave (extremely comfortable). Lastly, amazing views and accessibility to the mountains, Fort Collins (great place to visit), etc. We already booked this unit for our next visit! Don't hesitate to book this unit you will not be dissapointed!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We were in town for a 3-day workshop (5 adults stayed two nights) and found the house to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big group meal. Very nicely appointed. We didn’t use any of the games but it was fun to see they had such things and I can imagine this place would be great for families. One downside was that the extra fees were not clear to me upon booking and the additional cost was almost as much as an extra night! I would advise that you read though the fees with care.

Listed property exceeded our expectations(very clean, comfortable beds and living arrangements, well stocked kitchen, very nice neighborhood and etc.). Dave made our 1st Colorado family vacation enjoyable and relaxing. He went above and beyond in working with us arranging our stay. If you are heading to northern Colorado for a vacation we would highly recommend that you stay at this property.

Wonderful Place -

The large townhome was the perfect place for our extended family to stay. We loved having the pickle ball court just steps away and the Ping Pong table set up in the garage. The view was awesome and the house had everything you need. We were there to attend a wedding but I would consider returning for another vacation.

A Breathtaking Property and Views!

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 5 year old stay in Mindy and Dave's beautiful home for a long weekend (Thursday - Monday). The home was perfect and we all had private space and never felt we were on top of each other. The home was beautiful and everything we needed was available. Dave was incredibly responsive. From the time of booking up until we left the property - he answered all our questions promptly. Part of our group wanted to golf, and he went along so we could get a better rate. That was very much appreciated! We would most definitely stay again. The mountain views were breathtaking and could be seen from the patio off the living room and the patio off the primary bedroom (which was gorgeous!). I have absolutely nothing but positive comments on both the property and the hosts!!!

Family Visit

Check in process easy. Dave was accommodating and answered questions promptly (not that we had many). Dave was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We had four adults and there was plenty of room for all of us!

Amazing experience

This is a spacious, tasteful, comfortable and cozy property. There are many special touches throughout. The view of the mountains is spectacular and the neighborhood is quiet. Dave was an exceptional host. We were sad to leave and would definitely return.

The Most Amazing Stay Ever!

Dave and Mindy are kind, thoughtful, and considerate. Dave and Mindy's townhome had everything we needed plus a ton! I have stayed at my fair share of short rentals, and this one was my favorite! I loved the location, it was nicely centrally located within 5-15 miles of basically everything, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, sightseeing, the list goes on. Their property is very well taken care of, you can tell they genuinely care about not only their property but their guests. My family, who range in age, loved the place. We will be back, I already miss everything about it. Another point I want to make real quick, Dave is such a nice guy that when we got to the townhouse, my daughter noticed there was a pool; however, the pool is for the homeowners only, understandably. When we asked about the pool, Dave explained the situation and then offered to take my family to it and sit with us. Of course, we couldn't do that to Dave, but we sure did appreciate the offer. Thank you, Dave and Mindy, for a comfortable, clean, cozy, and beautiful stay making this a perfect vacation!!!

One of our favorites.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. It was so comfortable and homey. We had a great time with our family there and the location worked very well for us. We spent some days in Estes, Boulder, and of course the Rockies. We didn't want to leave. Restaurants and stores nearby made grocery shopping and eating out easy. Dave was super responsive when we had a question and let us know he was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again. đŸ„°

Wonderful place and just as advertised!!

The property was perfect for our family of 7! It was clean and had all the eminities needed to cook and enjoy! The extra touch of lollipops for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults was great. Plenty of toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner as well as bath towels and wash cloths. we really didnt need to bring anything. We thought we were having an issue and Dave was very prompt to reply and even came by the condo to check the issue himself (very few owners of places we rented have done this). Turned out there was no issue but was great to get to meet Dave and Mindy in person. Dave also checked back later to be sure nothing was wrong and things were going well for us! The view from the patio was great and we spent a couple of nights sitting out there watching a gorgeous sunset! The ping pong table was in excellenyt condition and made for some fun times in the evening! Highly recommend this condo for a vacation as the location was great for getting to RMNP, Estes Park, Denver and Fort Collins! We went to all of the places! The property was spacious, clean and beautiful! We were there in CO for a wedding and our family was able to all stay together very comfortably. If we are in the area we would definitely stay here again! Owner was great and very easy to work with! Five stars isn't a high enough rating....definitely recommend!!!!

All about the details!

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had such a great stay here! The house is beautiful and well-kept plus Dave and Mindy added extra touches around the house to make it so comfortable. It is important to note that there is construction all around the property but that didn't bother our group one bit.
