'Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route into the city so, as we did not have a car, there wasn't a problem getting out and...

'Parking fine when you find it but we do know you are not allowed to put signs up in Lincoln. Check in a bit confusing as no signage what to do and where to go. Lovely old building so you expect a few quirky bits. Breakfast amazing but dining area a bit dark n gloomy. Location to Cathedral spot on. Will definately visit again'
