Blokhutten in Louisville

'Marquetta is the most amazing host. She provides fresh eggs from her chickens, bacon, English muffins and even a half stick of land-O-Lakes butter for breakfast. There are very nice chocolates bedside. They even have a coffee station! We go for the amazing, relaxing pool. It is amazing. We make this yearly vacation spot. Everything is amazing!!'

'This historic cabin is one of the best rentals ever. Agility is needed for the stairs to the second floor, but the stairs were easily managed by us -- who are people of a certain age. The bucolic setting makes this place a welcome respite from the fast-paced life beyond the gates.'

'Captain's Cabin was the perfect place to stay for our three day Burbon Trail experience. The location is central and the cabin is very well equipped. It is also decorated with historical period pieces that take you back in time. The back porch is nice for an evening of playing cards and enjoying a bottle of wine. Tammy and Jan were most wonderful hosts. Tammy makes a delicious breakfast to begin your day too! I have already shared this spot with my family and friends for their future rentals.'

'Place was perfect for our stay. Great location. Clean and well equipped cabin. Very comfortable! We had an issue with our travel schedule and host was great to work with. Very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'Cabin was very welcoming. Very clean inside which is great! Except the front door was very dirty. Could be washed or repainted. Over all would most definitely stay again there. Very quiet and beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful night stay!'

'It was a great time we had a 15 guys from different states all meet up there to have a calm and relaxing bachelor party. We never had to leave there was so much to do at the house fishing, corn hole , ping pong and arcades! All the guys kept saying how wonderful the place was and they all have awesome memory’s from this house! It really made for a perfect weekend'

'A fun and well kept spot! Plenty of room for activities. Would stay again if I came back into town.'

'Host was responsive and communicative. He worked with us when our plans changed due to a family emergency. The cabin was as described and was historic, cute and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and just wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Overall the place was very clean. Clean towels and linens were provided.'

'This was a beautiful, secluded property with a very quaint cabin. Having animals to feed added to the appeal of the stay. It is very pet-friendly with a nice size area for our dog to be outside. It was everything we hoped for! We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.'

'The house was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time using the game room and hot tub. The house felt tucked away, but was very accessible to local towns and the interstate. April was a great host and easy to communicate with. For things to do, would recommend Lake Hardy's beach, Soar n Bounce in Clarksville, and a stop at Java Station 31 for coffee.'

'The home was so clean! Very nicely decorated with the bourbon theme. Amenities were great. Well done owners!!!'

'Overall a very nice place for the weekend. The outdoor area was a plus. The home was a little smaller than the pictures seemed, but that did not effect our enjoyment of the place.'

'Overall, this is a really nice and peaceful, cabin. They provide everything you need so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store right when you get there which is so nice. However, the only thing was the downstairs basement has a really loud buzzing noise due to electricity box.. if you’re a person sensitive to sound, it would be really hard to sleep down there.'

'This property is unbelievably clean and had so many amenities that the stay was fabulous, enjoyable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Such a great place!!'

'Great place to stay, beautiful scenery! just far enough out of the city! Would definitely stay there again.'

'This property was amazing! Easy check in, very clean, quaint and Judy had many amenities/groceries you could need. Didn’t have to lift a finger and she was very communicative. Great location. Would absolutely stay here again.'
