Flats in Louisville

'Very nice location as well as accommodations also. Second time staying here. We will definitely be back.'

'This was a great spot! It’s tucked back from the street, so the place (and neighbors) were quiet and respectful. We were attending a conference at the Kentucky Convention Center, and this was a quick 9 minute walk down the street. A lot of the nearby shops have closed up, but we were able to get what we needed and could walk to several restaurants. The space itself worked great. It was clean and well maintained. If we need a stay in Louisville again, this place will be top of the list!'

'Such a unique apartment. However, it really could use some TLC & a really good cleaning of vents, ceiling fans, window blinds & walls as the built up dust was truly evident in so many of those areas. Primary shower needs better water pressure & draining. So close to so many great spots downtown! Just needs a bit more love.'

'Great space and location!! Convenient location for downtown area visit. Outdoor space is great for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend!! Will look to stay again on next visit to Louisville..'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, excellent communication with the property owner and you can’t beat the location!! We would stay again in the future.'

'Very clean and great location. Host communicated really well.'

'This was the perfect place for a 1:1 team building scenario for work! No complaints! Will stay here again.'

'All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail.'

'Suite was exactly as described and communication from the host was great. Location was perfect for walking to several restaurants and local attractions.'
