'An Unforgettable Stay – Luxury, Comfort, and Convenience. We had a great time staying at this beautiful and very clean house. It had everything we needed—great amenities, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The whole place felt luxurious and relaxing.The location was excellent—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. 'The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee.'

'Ryan & Mel were fantastic managers. Good communicators, helpful, & very professional. The house was ABSOLUTELY spotlessly clean. Everything you could imagine is provided. The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. It's a no horn zone & I actually found the clacking on the rails quite soothing & looked forward to the next passing train. And I could go on & on about the comfortable bed. Oh my! 'My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come...

'The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. '

'I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well.'
