'After reading reviews of this property and seeing the overall rating of a 9.6, I figured that this would be a can’t miss opportunity. Upon arrival, the location was excellent with restaurants and pubs within a short walk, to allow myself and my family to explore the wonderful city of Galway. That was about when the positives ended. 'Large appartment on three floors. The shower was not working on the third floor and the toilet was not flushing properly. The kitchen is also equipped very minimally. Overall, a clean and practical lodging option only 25 min walk from the center of Galway.'

'This is a lovely place, however; we were unable to stay due to the front lock not working. It was stuck in the lock position and we could not close the door. The three of us each spent about 45 minutes trying to fix it so we could close the door. We tried calling the owner but at 9 or so at night were unable to get in touch. 'We were sent the wrong information from Vrbo so spent about an hour trying to figure out how to check in. At one point the host was trying to figure out another property to stay in and we actually in the car on the way to another property when the issue was figured out.'

'Great location to shops and restaurants but very difficult to find any overnight parking and had to park at the big cathedral for 2 nights. We were not informed of the parking situation, however, again great location to shops and pubs.'
