'The gite was ideal for us with self contained kitchen, separate bedroom and outside seating area. Christophe made sure we had everything we needed.'

'Lisa, Mark and Tom were wonderful and kind hosts and made us feel welcome right away. The accommodation has a beautiful, well-kept garden with a fenced heated pool, which was lovely! Our toddler also really enjoyed the swing, slide, little playhouse and toy cars in the garden and while she was playing, we could relax in the shade of one of the many trees. 'A very spacious property both inside and out. Very well equipped, and appearing to be further developed. Very good kitchen, bbq and outside areas and a rather quirky inside layout. Lots of space for families with children. We had an issue at one point and the owners, who are charming people, were very quick to respond and to try and sort things out. The pool, of course, is excellent, particularly as we had extremely hot weather.'

'De dorpswoning is mooi gerenoveerd, gezellig ingericht en al het nodige is aanwezig. De binnenkoer is klein, maar biedt voldoende ruimte om te ontbijten of een boek te lezen. Er is geen parkeerplaats aan de woning, maar wij hebben altijd kunnen parkeren naast het kasteel aan de kaai. Via een ‘ruelle’ was het dan slechts 2 minuten stappen tot de woning. Montsoreau is klein, met mooi onderhouden authentieke huizen. Op 700m van de woning is het dorpsplein met bakker, slager, horeca,…'
