'We had a great stay! Cute little place, perfect for what we needed!'

'This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary.'

'We had an extended stay and I don't know where to begin: the location was perfectly central to where we needed to be and yet off the beaten path which helped the sense of escape. It was private, quiet, and cozy. The grounds were better than expected especially having a doggo with us (fireflies !). Finally I can't say enough about the host. He is responsive and very friendly. Would easily stay here again without thinking twice.'

'Lovely house on a wooded lot - perfect place to call home for a few days while we were in Knoxville!'

'We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future.'

'Clean house, roomy, great parking. Nice quiet neighborhood.'

'Clean and comfortable. Nice and welcoming everytime you walked in, the furniture was super comfortable you were able to sit and just relax. We had to book on short notice on a holiday due to a death in the family the host was very accommodating we were able to check in early, not as early as we had hoped but early. After the days busy activies it was a great place to go and unplug and regroup. The bed couldn't have been any more comfortable than it was especially for as I have back problems....

'Everything from the listing was accurate and lived up to the pictures. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is a very peaceful getaway spot!'

'Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a...

'I enjoyed the tiny train car. The owners are great and the property is beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was the very high security deposit that did not appeared on the Expedia website but came in later in an email.'
