Welcome to your home away from home! in accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 28 days. Security Deposit：

A security deposit of $1,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.

* Non-Smoking Home: For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking home, including e-cigarettes. You’re welcome to smoke outside, but please avoid smoking indoors to prevent extra cleaning charges.
